The 2025 edition boasts all of the usual verve and drive, showing to fine advantage a wonderful lemon-talc nose, salivatingly intense fruit - kaffir lime, pear and mandarin. Disarmingly gentle on entry, with closer examination revealing a beguiling intensity.

Pale colour. Fragrant pure lime, tonic water, grapefruit, verbena aromas and flavours, lovely chalky textures, superb mid-palate volume and fresh bell clear acidity.
