Bursting with floral fruit aromas, delicate bready or yeast undertones and hint of honey. The palate is fresh with fruit sweetness perfectly balanced with the crisp acidity that leaves you refreshed.
Winemaker’s Note:
This non-vintage blend is blended from several vintages to combine the freshness and crisp flavours of young Chardonnay with the texture and complexity
of an aged base wine. The 10% Pinot Noir in the blend adds a roundness and lenght to the mouthfeel.
Vintage Note:
The base wines are a blend of multiple vintages dating back to 2006. The older wine gives some honey characters whislt the young wine gives freshness.
