It’s a single-block-3-clone wine coming from a vineyard above 480 metres in the Adelaide Hills with a easterly aspect and the perfect soil to grow premium grapes. There is partial skin contact and a touch Gewurztraminer to liven up the wine which displays lime, roasted parsnip, ginger spice, white pepper and pistachio gelato.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
