The essence of pure concentration; this is a quality of Cabernet that could have been used to form the backbone of any of the most powerful iconic Cabernet based wines in existence, worthy of ANY moniker. Dried field herbs, Jaegermeister-like intensity, coffee liqueur, its formidable depth has completely swallowed almost two years worth of French oak. Tobacco leaf, essence of cassis; the list goes on, as does the near-immortal length. Can be enjoyed now or forever. A benchmark wine.
