I bought this while in Far North Qld where it is made. I have used this in cheesecake recipes as well as having something different to drink
I would recommend to a friend

My husband loves giving this to guests to guess the flavour.. Tastes just like pink marshmallows. Great dessert liqueur. Mt Uncle is a little distillery near Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands. Very sad that they don't do the Davidson Plum
