Made using traditional winemaking methods - handpicking and whole berry bunch fermentation, and aged in French oak barrels. Classic Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir fresh blueberry and blackberry aromas, just ripe plum and subtle spice flavours on a silken palate of great depth and complexity.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
