About this product

Every bottle of Barbadillo Amontillado starts out as a Manzanilla sherry, before going through three years of Solera ageing. The result is a golden fortified wine with all the sweetness removed, leaving behind a distinctly dry sherry that makes an ideal aperitif.

A good pre dinner sherry

This sherry is warm and not too heady which authentic and aged Spanish sherry can be. It is a pleasant change from Elegante medium. Perfect for pre dinner.
