Wonderful as an apéritif or with a tasty brunch, Mumm Millésimé 2015 is marvelous with simple, refined dishes such as scallop carpaccio and oysters. Mumm Millésimé 2015 is crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes harvested on the best plots of the Montagne de Reims Grand Cru villages of Verzy, Ambonnay and Verzenay and Chardonnay harvested on plots in the Côte des Blancs Grand Cru villages of Cramant and Avize.

This is a complex drop. There is a freshness that is extremely exciting - a bit too much. Drinks well -wish it was a bit creamier for my taste.
