It has a solid mint flavor and scent and works well with a variety of cocktails or straight over ice, only problem is the alcohol content, it's high enough that it can overpower delicate aromas (or its own aroma) which can be a detraction.

This stuff was awesome! Perfect balence of sweetness and peppermint. Goes well with hot chocolate and creme de cacao for an after dinner cocktail.
