About this product

Established in 1921, the Buller name is synonymous with fortified production from Rutherglen, situated in North East Victoria. Golden in colour and showing a certain richness, it finishes clean and fresh.

A smooth delicate blend of port/tawny that goes down a treat.

Needed it for my Lobster Newburg recipe. The result was excellent. Plus nice to have a sip while cooking.

Bit hit of sultanas in this one. A very moreish and decadent offering from the Victorians. Great value too. There are hints of toasted almonds and wood chips, but only slightly. The sweetness of the malmsey is what strikes you first, follow

Used it in a recipe for a sauce to complement Beef Wellington, it produced a luxurious sauce with depth and smoothness that impressed all.
