About this product

Brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, this delicious shu from the appellation of Niigata is representative of the Niigata Tanrei style – smooth, light and fresh. Aromas of white flowers and rose petals follow through to a palate of gentle acidity and balanced body with a clean and crisp finish. Match it with seared Bluefin tuna.

Reasonable sake
Light drinker.

A sake that is interesting to drink. Various notes come through and it is nice but the last note is not really to my taste. Good and easy to drink. Best served cold.
I would recommend to a friend
Better than good sake at that price.

Not exactly Dassai 45 but good enough to be drunk cold, which for me is an indicator of good sake.
