WynnsJohn Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon 1991
About this product
John Riddoch is the pinnacle of Wynn's Coonawarra Cabernet, it is only a tiny fraction of the most distinctive and age worthy wine from the estate vineyards. The 1991 is still showing aromas of cassis and redcurrent, aniseed and cedar. The palate is medium to full bodied with blackcurrant, blood plum and dark cherry flavours.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
