This release of the Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dense, oak-driven masterpiece, deeply rooted in tradition. Displaying a deep ruby color, it exudes aromas of blackcurrants, menthol, mint, and cassis. The palate is rich and inviting, with a medley of blueberries, bramble, blackcurrants, lavender, and spice, all beautifully integrated with creamy ground coffee, mocha, and vanilla tones from the American oak. The tannins, though young and grippy, contribute to its plush, velvety texture and powerful finish. A classic expression that caters to its loyal base. Pair with slow-cooked beef brisket or a rich, creamy blue cheese for an indulgent experience.

Deep crimson. Intense cassis, mocha aromas with hint leafy herb garden notes. Inky deep and expressive wine with ample blackcurrant pastille, blackberry fruits, fine slinky firm cedar tannins, wonderful mid-palate density and well-integrated mocha/ dark chocolate notes. Finishes classically fine-grained, touch muscular, with aniseed notes. A top-notch Bin 707 with superb density, vigour and cellaring potential. Coonawarra, Barossa Valley, Padthaway, McLaren Vale.
