Deep, bright red/purple hue, the bouquet fresh and clean, rich and ripe, without leafiness. The palate is similarly rich and ripe, with some oak showing and superbly ripe fruit. There is some alcohol warmth to close. Long and resonant, but seems oakier and denser than this wine usually is. A beautiful and quite elegant cabernet. (77% cabernet sauvignon, 16% malbec, 7% petit verdot)
