Katnook EstateOdyssey Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum 1.5L 2008
About this product
A wine with excellent cellaring potential, Katnook Estate Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the two limited release wines, which showcased regionality with refinement and craftsmanship in the winemaking techniques. Generous coco powder laced with layered oak surrounding the ripe mulberry and dusty plum on the nose, this 2008 vintage will not disappoint. Rich palate structure of similar flavors profile laden with fine grained tannins and subtle vanilla oak towards the lengthy finish.

Vintage 2008

Deep red colour with a purple rim. Very oaky nose: coconuts galore and vanilla; hard to taste much except oak here. Unbalanced. Aggressive oaky tannins. Age will no doubt help, but it will always be an oaky style.
