Palish colour; very youthful; estery, undeveloped aroma, with hints of peppermint Steamrollers. Some creamy lees notes. The taste is very refined and tight, crisp and alive, with great intensity as well as delicacy. The palate is pure and long with marvellous acidity drawing out the finish. This is a finesse wine. Well worth cellaring.

Intense lime and ripe lemon, touch of spice and honey, intense acidity, slaty texture and really puts its foot down on the finish. Ripper!
