About this product

Chateau Pontet-Canet is owned by the prestigious and high-quality seeking Tesseron Cognac family who are fastidious about vineyards and winemaking from this, their Pauillac estate. Though the property comes with requisite history, it is the influence of the Tesserons that has sky-rocketed the reputation of the estate. This blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Merlot and lesser parts of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, shows bold, full-bodied and dense from 2010, achieving a natural 15% alcohol volume amongst the full flourish of this magnificent wine. Cellaring is recommended for up to a whopping 75 years, and best done for at least ten before approaching.
