Ranked 3 of 48 2015 Chardonnay tasted from New South Wales. Light straw hue, the aroma fresh and nutty, lightly toasted cashews and almonds. The palate is delicate and refined, very subtle and fresh, clean and bright, with superb liveliness. The refinement, focus and length of the wine are formidable. Great delicacy.

Pale colour. Intense lemon curd, grapefruit aromas with flinty white peach notes. Attractive lemon curd, grapefruit, pear flavours, fine looseknit slinky textures and crisp long acidity. Finishes crunchy and chalky dry with persistent minerally notes. Fresh, but slightly austere wine with pronounced acid cut. Will develop richness with a touch more bottle age. Now-2019
