Situated in the picturesque Yarra Valley east of Melbourne, the steep, close-planted vineyards of Coldstream Hills have become a signature of the region. So too have its wines, which reflect regional character, consistency, and style.Restrained yet expressive, offering lemon pith, lime zest and delicate white florals. Subtle mineral and nougat characters sit beneath the fruit, while seamlessly integrated oak adds gentle spice and complexity. Vibrant and pure, with notes of lemon pith, lime and fine white florals carried by a subtle mineral line. The palate is layered and complex, with nuances of nougat and well-judged oak, finishing long with fine chalky phenolics and crystalline acidity.
