Dixons Creek Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 shows intense red berries, blackberry, red current and liquorice with notes of cassia bark lifted by fine oak aromas from 18 months maturation in French and American Oak. The palate is rich and concentrated with dark berry fruit, black cherry, chocolate and carob brought to the fore with delicate oak spiciness and full well rounded tannins providing structure and length of flavour.
