Light yellow hue, with a reserved bouquet which is fresh and shows a trace of Bitters aroma. This becomes more evident in the mouth, where it has that distinctive tang of amaro from the Bitters and finishes with a subtle bitter citrus-peel taste. There's a judicious touch of sweetness, too, which is cleverly balanced with the bitterness. Plaudits for the subtlety of the Bitters. I could enjoy a glass or two of this as an aperitif.
