Deep red/purple colour. Clean and gently perfumed red and dark berry aromas, fruit uppermost, and possibly showing a little cabernet in the mix. It's full-bodied with firm tannins throughout the palate, and very good structure for aging. The tannins are well-tailored and the finish is long and authoritative. Stylish wine, worth cellaring.
