The Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 is still very youthful with densely packed Mulberry, cassis fruit, mocha and vanillian oak, and bolstered by chocolatey, mouth coating tannins.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

(1500ml) A somewhat tough wine on the day, with serious intensity and tight, firm structure spiked by a prickle of VA. This could still reveal more with further age. There's a lot of deep-set black fruit here plus mocha/chocolate and graphite touches. A long termer.
