Katnook Estate continues its run of great quality Cabernet Sauvignon with this 2006 release. Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Medium full red, developed, with brick tinges. Shy but developed nose; earthy, roasting pan/meaty. Mulberry. Palate is leanish and again has secondary developed flavours, meaty earthy and savoury. Dry, rather pinched finish. Falls away too.
