Ruby red in colour, The Morrison Brewery Irish Red Ale has low bitterness, strong malt flavour and aroma with hints of biscuit, toffee and roast. Some lingering sweetness, but seems dry at the same time thanks to the roast malt. A very creamy smooth finish with low carbonation makes it easy drinking.

One for the fans of a dark English Ale. Will appeal to those that like Boags Wizard Smiths or Monteith Black. Has a bit more of a chocolaty stout taste than those two, so less bitter finish. Nicer if not chilled too much so the flavours rea
