The back label states that the wine is "off-dry", but, gee, it's only a little bit. The slight fruity lift serves only to highlight the pure fruit and provide a little texture. Lightly spiced brown pear, maybe some lychee, nicely rounded and with good intensity, are what you'll discover in your glass of this versatile pinot gris. After that you're likely to pour another one!
