    • How do subscriptions work?

      When you sign up to a subscription, you’ll receive regular deliveries of wine based on the subscription you sign up to.

      Your subscription will be charged automatically on an assigned billing date based on the billing cycle of your subscription. Your subscription will continue unless you alter or cancel it.


    • How do I sign up to a subscription?
      You can sign up to a subscription by purchasing a subscription of your choice. We will dispatch your first box as indicated during sign up, so you can start enjoying your wines. All subsequent boxes will be delivered according to your subscription’s billing cycle. Need help? Find more information through our Help Centre.
    • Do I need to be a My Dan’s Member to sign up for a subscription?

      Yes, you’ll need to be a My Dan’s member to sign up to a subscription. It’s free to join and as a My Dan’s Member you’ll have access to the full range of member benefits. Click here to find out more and join today!

    • Do I get further member discounts on my subscription?
      Your subscription has been designed to offer a collection of handpicked wines at incredible value, and as such no further discounts can be applied (including but not limited to member offers, lowest liquor price guarantee, or member price check).
    • Can I bundle my subscription with other products?
      Unfortunately, no. You can’t bundle any additional products with your subscription.
    • Can I purchase a subscription as a one-off?
      Not at this time. Subscriptions can’t currently be purchased as a one-off.
    • Can I purchase a subscription for someone else?
      Yes, you can send a subscription as a gift. Simply select the subscription you want to send and add it to your cart. Enter the recipient’s name and delivery address. Complete the payment details and check out. We’ll continue to regularly send the recipient your chosen subscription box, unless you choose to cancel it. You will need to make any updates yourself, on behalf of the recipient.
    • Does a subscription have an expiry date?
      No, your subscription will continue unless you choose to cancel it.
    • Can I sign up for a fixed term subscription?
      No, you can’t sign up to a subscription for a fixed time period. Your subscription will continue unless you choose to cancel it.
    • Can I have more than one box for each delivery?

      Yes, you can order more than one box of your subscription prior to despatch. You can add extra boxes in the subscription tab of your My Dan’s account dashboard or by clicking here.

      In some instances stock limitations may impact the number of additional boxes available.


    • Can I sign up to more than one subscription?
      Yes, you can sign up to more than one subscription. However, you will need to purchase each subscription in separate orders.
    • Can I reorder another box after my delivery?
      Yes, you can re-order a box from your subscription subject to stock availability. If you would like to re-order your subscription box please call 1800 505 605.
    • Can I reorder products from my subscription box?
      If stock is available you’ll be able to reorder it from your subscription box. However, in some instances stock limitations may prevent this. If you would like to re-order products from your subscription box please call 1800 505 605.
    • Do I get free delivery with my subscription?
      Yes! How good is that! Free delivery is available to all subscriptions (excluding certain non-delivery postcodes). Free delivery is available on all subscription boxes, but can’t be used on other non-subscription Dan Murphy’s orders.
    • How am I notified of my next subscription box?

      We’ll send you an email with the details of your next subscription (including your billing date) prior to each delivery. You can edit your details or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your billing date. You can also skip your subscription, however this must be done 3 days prior to your billing date. If you don’t make any changes, your subscription will be sent and your credit card charged.

      You can make any changes to your subscription via the subscription tab in your My Dan’s account dashboard.


    • How will my subscription be delivered?

      We’ll send your subscription box using the delivery instructions listed on your account.

      Please ensure that the correct contact details (delivery address, phone number and email address) are up-to-date for each delivery. You can update your contact details through your My Dan’s account dashboard or by clicking here.


    • When will my subscription be dispatched?
      Your first order will leave the warehouse as indicated during sign up, and then you will receive a new selection of wines as per your subscription billing cycle.
    • How do I change my delivery address?

      To update your delivery details, log into your My Dan's account and head to the subscription tab in your My Dan's dashboard or click here .

      Click on the ‘ships to’ section and a sidebar will open with an option to update your delivery details. From here you can update both your delivery and billing address. You will have the option to select an address from the saved address in your My Dan's account or to enter a new address. If you choose to enter a new address it will be saved in your My Dan's account. Once you have finished press save and your payment details will be updated.


    • Where can I view my subscriptions?
      To view your subscriptions log in to your My Dan's account and head to the subscription tab in your My Dan's dashboard or click here.
    • Can I skip my subscription?

      You can skip your next box through the subscription tab in your My Dan’s account dashboard. You can find further information in our Help Centre.

      You’re permitted to skip your subscription at least 3 days prior to the billing date. If you do not skip at least 3 days before the billing date, your delivery will be dispatched and you’ll be charged in line with your subscription.


    • How do I cancel my subscription?

      You can cancel your subscription through the subscription tab in your My Dan’s account dashboard. You can find further information in our Help Centre.

      You’re permitted to cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date. If you don’t cancel your subscription prior to your next billing date your subscription box will be dispatched and you’ll be charged in line with your subscription before your subscription is cancelled.


    • Where can I find my tasting notes?
      You can view the tasting notes for all Dan Picked schemes here or by scanning the QR code on your subscription box.
    • How can I update my payment information?
      You can update your preferred payment details at any time from the subscription tab in your My Dan’s account dashboard. You can find further information in our Help Centre.
    • What is the Dan Picked Promise?

      As a subscription customer we want to make sure that you enjoy your wines, which is why you’re entitled to our Dan Picked Promise. If you’re at all unhappy with your wines, and it's been less than a year since delivery, get in touch with our Customer Service Team via the Help Centre and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement of the affected wines.

      The Dan Picked Promise is only available to your subscription box or products within your subscription and is not transferable to any other purchase from Dan Murphy’s.

      While we will work to replace your box or products within your box, some stock limitations may prevent us from arranging a full replacement.

      You may be required to return the products that are to be refunded or replaced. The Dan Picked Promise is not available for excessive or unreasonable use.

    • Can I exchange or return a subscription box I receive?
      If you’re not happy with one of the bottles in your box or you want to return the entire box, contact us via the Help Centre.
    • What if products in my subscription box are damaged?
      Oh no! If stock is available we’ll replace it or provide a full refund. Please contact us via the Help Centre.
    • *What are the terms of free delivery Australia-wide?

      Free delivery is available nationwide for all subscriptions. Free delivery is available to subscription boxes only and is not applicable with any additional orders made through Dan Murphy’s.

      Dan Murphy’s reserves the right to modify or cancel the free delivery offer in accordance with clause 11 of the Subscription terms and conditions.

      Subscription deliveries align with Dan Murphy’s policy on non-delivery postcodes.

      In line with our commitment to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and as a signatory of Retail Drinks Australia’s Online Code of Conduct, there are several postcodes in Australia to which we do not deliver under any circumstances.
