Wow this is an awesome Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc exhibiting classic cool climate hills characters.Picked in the cool of the morning to preserve the varietals characters from 2 seperate blocks and 2 seperate clones (for those wine nerds F4V6 and I4V9) we completed 2 seprate ferments. At harvest Be was 11.7, pH - 3.2 and TA 8.9. The wine has lemon splice, passionfruit, honeydew, boxwood (think sweaty thiols) and cut grass characters.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
