Unmistakably, this is a traditional Barossa Shiraz. Produced from "cerified organic" old vine fruit, it's definitely "old school", with unambiguous big, ripe, black fruit conserve flavour and earthy chocolate overtones. Plenty of traditional oak complements the full bodied, velvety fruit profile. It's big, smooth, stuffed full of plump fruit and ready to enjoy.
