Secret SelectionEden Valley Shiraz 2012
About this product
This Secret Selection Eden Valley Shiraz has ripe vibrant dark fruits aromas, which carries through and transforms into intense spicy fruits on the palate. Followed by soft tannins and lingering oak finish. Beautiful to drink now but with the ideal cellaring conditions, this wine will age gracefully too.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

From a single vineyard high in the Eden Valley, made in the same way as the Adelaide Hills Shiraz... the wine opens with spicy blueberry and red cherry fruit before fine, but persistent, tannins open up on the back-palate.
