Earth, desert sage, anise and berry compote on the nose. Mouth-filling blackberries, spice, and earth on the palate. Full bodied with excellent acid and tannin balance. Long intense finish. A bold and rich expression of Pinot Noir.

This is a powerful and muscular Pinot Noir that manages to wears its pinotsity on its sleeve. It's rich, sumptuous and plush on the palate, with classic roasted root vegetable characters seen in the best examples from Burgundy. An alluring cloudiness confirms minimal filtration, ensuring maximum character and texture. Will age superbly over the next few years (plus) but is just lovely now.
