Marzipan and spicy tweaks from the wood with a subtle
creaminess that is not yet fully integrated. Some ripe, spiced
pineapples and lemon rind on the fruit side. Quite flavorful and
round with a saline twist to the medium- to full-bodied palate.
Medium levels of acidity allow it to maintain its freshness. Better
in 2024.
