Butterfly Pea flowers gift this magical Gin a deep purple colour - and it's wonderful colour changing abilities when mixed with Tonic or Citrus! This variety features a complex bouqet of botanicals including Tasmanian Mountain Pepper, Cardamom and Tahitian Lime. It’s one of our drier, earthier varieties and makes for a fabulous (and very pretty) Martini; or a lovely looking, and tasting G&T.
