Absinthe 500mL

Traditionally, Absinthe is bottled undiluted to maintain its unique green colour. With a high ABV 60-70% alcohol, it is not recommended to drink Absinthe undiluted.
Serving suggestions include 1/4 nip in a glass of champagne or equal measures of Absinthe, lemon juice and sugar syrup topped up with soda water.
The distinctive aniseed flavour of Absinthe allows a myriad of uses.
All Little Whiskers products are created and packaged on site at Morans Crossing NSW Australia.
Little Whiskers allows sediment, which is harmless and will not effect the flavour, to remain in the bottle and does not filter its products. Once received allow the bottle to rest and sediment will settle, then gently pour into another decanter or allow to resettle.
Because Little Whiskers grows an increasing amount of ingredients used in its products, the flavour of our products may change slightly from year to year depending on growing conditions.
