About this product

Our amazingly smooth overproof spiced rum. Infused with all the same great spices but at over 70% it takes on so many new characteristics and has a depth of flavour that will stand up to any ingredient
on the nose: waffles, pancakes, motor oil
on the taste: vanilla, butterscotch, coconut oil and cinnamon

Despite the high ABV it is very very tasty, almost floral. I was expecting a strong burn but it’s very pleasant and I’m sure will become a staple in my liquor cabinet.

They say they recommend using this in cocktails, but it is amazingly smooth and delicious straight - but at nearly 70%, it will hit you fast! It still has a spiced finish to this: Vanilla, burnt sugar, and some other spices.

Despite not advertising itself as such, this is not overproof rum, it's a "rum based spirit drink" ie. spiced rum. know what you're buying
