Produced with a focus on sustainable viticulture, the 2017 Tasmanian Chardonnay has aromas of citrus and tropical fruit with hints of spice from its time in French oak. The palate is a delicate balance of crisp acidity and creaminess bolstered by subtle oak.

Light to medium-yellow colour with a rich, creamy, smoky lees character of some complexity, echoed in the mouth where it is rich and yet reserved, taut and refreshing but also layered with flavours. A delicious wine, the finish refreshing and mouth-watering thanks to its acidity. Excellent wine.
