‘Simply made like a riesling, wild yeast giving a little texture' says Ewan Campbell. I'd go further - the flavours aren't deep, but persist like sucking a lemon. This marrigage of acidity and various skinsy/pippy notes is par for the course.

Light, bright yellow colour; dusty straw-like bouquet, savoury. The palate is light and dry, sapidity galore, with a slight grip, the finish clean and appetising. It really stimulates the appetite. A very appealing dry white.
