Full creamy palate with lots of texture, balanced rich French oak over layers of nougat and honey, with zesty acidity bringing the palate together.

Full bodied white wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with good palate weight and full flavours.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

A single parcel of handpicked fruit, whole-bunch pressed to French puncheons 30% new, on lees, some mlf and batonnage for 1 year. Mid-straw with a green tinge; ripe stone fruit, powdered ginger, oak spice and roasted hazelnuts. Fuller bodied, textural with lots of flavour yet it's not OTT and the sprightly acidity gives it such a lift.
