Dr EdgeTasmania Pinot Noir 2019
About this product
Dr Edge Tasmania Pinot Noir is a blend of East Coast, Tamar Valley & Pipers Brook fruit. A slight shift from the house style with more Northern Tasmanian vineyard material. Some Southern areas were sadly affected by bushfire and didn't make the blend. It's an ethereal Pinot Noir fermented naturally with only two weeks on skins then pressed to oak casks, matured for 9 months and bottled without fining. Medium to long term cellaring will reward. .

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
