Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Honest Barossa Shiraz of medium purple/red. A core of dark berry and plum fruit is evenly backed by dark chocolate oak and finely structured tannins. Good Length and balance. More definition, vibrancy and fruity definition would like take it to the next level. Diam 14.5%
