Excellent, and amusing name, for a winery. Blackcurrant, cedar, spice, with mint and floral perfume. It’s medium-bodied, svelte and gentle in style, moving to redcurrant and tobacco in flavour, fine grained tannin, quite cool and minty, but pleasingly savoury too, with clean length and dry finish. Runs along very nicely.
