Light straw-yellow hue. Sweet floral and honey-like aromas, fresh and attractive. Fragrant, light-bodied palate, mild level of sweetness, not obviously botrytised. A really lovely light, not-too-sweet white, suited to cake or perhaps a fruit flan. Beautifully made, perfectly balanced. 26 APR 2020 - Huon Hooke .
