Region: Mt Benson, South Australia
Colour: Deep purple red, bright and attractive.
Nose: Concentrated spice and fruit aromas of Satsuma plum, hints of perfume and cherry combined with a touch of intgerated toasty French oak, resulting in a concentrated and complex fruit bouquet.
Palate: Showing concentrated mulberry and herbal fruit layered with spices and fine chocolate characters, the intens fruit from the nose follows through on the palate. Solid yet well balanced tannins with a fine acidity giving roundness and balance to the over all impressions of this excellent Merlot.
Oak: 12 months in one & two year old french oak barrels
