A savoury nose of charred-meat is supported by some redcurrants and raspberries. An impressive core mimics the aromas on the nose, following through with a crescendo of fine tannins and a salty licorice finish. This is a stylish shiraz

Super-ripe fruit here sets the scene for a generous, highly spiced shiraz that wraps itself yourself around tongue and doesn't let go. Black-fruit intensity lifts the bouquet with the smell of the Aussie bush, spicy, pepper and earth. Velvety tannins and a touch of mocha oak mingle on the palate, finishing with just a hint of alcohol warmth. Fills the mouth, runs long.
