This Levantine Hill Estate Melange Traditionnel Blanc draws its inspiration from the Bordelaise tradition of blending multiple complementary grape varieties to construct a greater and more profound wine. Resulting in a complex, aromatic wine that is crafted for ageing. It displays subtle fruit characters of blood orange, musk, ginger, apricot and gooseberry. And are well integrated into the secondary characters of straw, flint and creamy sur lie. A perfect match to washed-rind cheese.

Bright, light to medium yellow hue with a complex, rich bouquet that expresses barrel fermentation and yeast-lees contact as well as some marginal sulphides. Floral and spice fruit aromas intertwined with winemaking artefact. The wine is rich and full-bodied, smooth and generous, with lively acidity kepping it all on the rails, and the flavour lingering long on the finish. This is barrel fermentation here and creamy lees influence, while the texture is silky and lovely. Excellent wine.
