75% shiraz, 20% grenache and 5% touriga, crushed and destemmed, 7 days on skins, matured in 15% new French oak, the balance used American. The sophisticated approach to the oak has paid dividends, the medium-bodied wine flowing along the palate in an unbroken stream.
