Molly's CradleShiraz Rosé 2017
About this product
Our 2019 Rosé is from the cool climate growing region of Hilltops, NSW, a soft musk in colour, this wine is prepared off a Tempranillo base in the traditional French Provincial style. On the nose are characteristics of Turkish Delight, strawberries and cream with an underlying citrus edge. On the palate similar flavours roll through with further hints of rose petal and lime. An easy drinking style with a long soft finish, perfect to accompany lazy summer days but equally refreshing all year round.

Full, youthful purple-pink colour. The aroma is herbal and cabernet like, with a lolly-like, sweet confectionery overtone. The palate is intense and firm, with enlivening acidity and a firm, long finish, just verging on slight hardness.
