Pale straw colour with a frothy cordon of bubbles. Clean, fresh but rather shy, neutral aromas, simple and a touch herbal and lemony. Pleasant simple, clean, fresh flavour, light and basic but very quaffable. Nice balance: this would be a real 'crowd pleaser'.
