Whole bunches of Chardonnay were pressed and run straight to barrel for fermentation and aging for 10 months. Only the best barrels are then selected for the estate label. Very fresh and tightly coiled with a yellow floral notes, subtle grapefruit and white peach. Juicy, golden delicious apple and succulent yellow peach flavours persist. Compact and concentrated this is an outstanding single site Margaret River Chardonnay.
