In 2018 Chalmers once again sourced the grapes for their rosato from the highest altitude, most prized block at their Heathcote site. Aglianico (63%), Sagrantino (33%) and Nero d'Avola (4%) make up this nique blend and were hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed, and vinified separately. No Acid adds. Vegan friendly. Creamy soft raspberries, rose petals and pink grapefruit are the limelight of this dry and textural Rosé.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

59% Aglianico, 31% Nero d’Avola and 10% Sagrantino. Bright and tangy, tangerine and blood orange, dry and lightly chalky, a little harsh or hard, but lively and characterful. Zesty. Drink chilled and fresh.
